General Description
CE5HL2XXQ is the high input very low IQ 300mA LDO with enable function, is designed specifically for automotive applications. There have very-low power consumption of type 2.5µA and dynamic transient boost feature improves device transient response.
CE5HL2XXQ offered SOT23-5 package and operates ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
